Most AI conversations stall on opinions. This is a short structured read of where you are, so the next conversation can be about what to do.

What it is

A conversation with an AI guide, not a form. It asks about how your organisation works today, what eats your time, and where you want to be. Short answers are fine, a few words is often enough.

How long

Under ten minutes. There are no wrong answers and nothing to prepare. "I don't know" is a genuinely useful answer, so please use it.

What you get

A one-page readiness picture: your strongest and weakest areas, the repetitive work worth automating first, and where you stand against where you said you want to be.

What happens next

Once you’ve completed the scan, you’ll receive a one-page overview of your AI readiness, giving you a clear view of where you stand and where to explore further. You can also schedule a meeting with YER Tech Solutions to discuss the full results, what they mean for your organisation, department or team, and the practical next steps. About the picture we build

As you talk, we plot eight areas (strategy, governance, data and technology, investment, people, ways of working, value, responsible use) at up to three levels: your organisation, your team, and you.

Each area is scored 1 to 5, and the chart plots it from the centre out, so further out is stronger. A 1 means the foundations aren't there yet; a 5 means it's genuinely part of how work happens. Your report also draws the level you say you're aiming for, so the gap is something you can see. Where you can't see the answer, we leave it blank rather than guess.

What we do with your answers

Your answers are processed by a third-party AI service (Anthropic Claude) to build your report. We store them so we can produce and send the one-pager, and to improve the scan. We never sell your data. You'll be asked to confirm this, and for your work email, before the scan starts. Please don't paste confidential or personal information about other people.

Before we start

Only official work email addresses are accepted - personal mailboxes (Gmail, Outlook and the like) can't be used for this scan.
